About The Position
RWK Services, a nationwide green certified building service provider, is currently hiring for a part-time Cleaning Supervisor for buildings in the Beachwood area. This position will be Monday-Friday from 5:30p-10:30pm. Pay is $17 per hour
Requirements
- Previous office cleaning experience is required
- Be detail-oriented
- Be able to work independently and still get the job done
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Physically able to walk, stand, repetitive bending forward, push/pull objects, repetitive lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs, kneeling down, reaching & grasping, repetitive arm movements and occasional climbing.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervising the work of cleaning staff at a specific building(s)
- Initiate or follow-up on quality/building inspections
- Assist through training and orienting new employees on specific buildings
- Maintain cleaning supplies and materials & ensure proper usage.
