Janitorial Supervisor
About The Position
The Exterior Janitorial Supervisor is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of HOA common areas at the Waters Condominiums. This position supervises the exterior janitorial team while also working alongside them to complete daily cleaning tasks. The Supervisor ensures Buildings 2–9 are serviced according to daily, weekly, and seasonal schedules and addresses immediate cleaning needs as they arise. This role reports directly to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager and serves as the primary lead for HOA exterior cleaning operations.
Responsibilities
- Organizes daily work assignments for the janitorial team
- Assists with training new team members
- Oversees routine trash removal
- Cleaning and sanitizing trash rooms
- Maintaining pool restrooms using approved disinfectants
- Power washing garage floors
- Pressure washing grill areas
- Replacing lightbulbs in common areas
- Checking propane levels at grill stations
- Ensuring necessary supplies and equipment for routine and deep cleaning are available on-site
