About The Position

Intec is seeking a dependable and bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support cleaning teams across several Louisville locations. This hands-on role is ideal for a natural leader who can manage multiple sites, motivate teams, and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken required; written preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Prior experience in janitorial services or team supervision
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
• Flexibility to travel between locations within Louisville

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial crews at various job sites
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks
• Train new hires and support ongoing staff development
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and communicate needs
• Coordinate schedules and coverage
• Serve as liaison between clients and Intec management
• Step in to assist with cleaning tasks when needed
