About The Position
Sunshine Cleaning/Pritchard Industries, one of North America's largest facility maintenance providers, is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor. The company offers dynamic and innovative comprehensive facility services, including facility maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal, aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of client partners. This supervisor will be responsible for the management of employees in cleaning terminals at Charlotte International Airport.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organization, scheduling, and time management skills
- Experience with all aspects of the Janitorial field including floor care
- Ability to train and supervise employees
- Ability to work extended hours and meet the physical demands of work
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience in a Janitorial field is preferred
