Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of custodial experience in a supervisory role
Experience using industrial cleaning products and equipment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to supervise, train, and support employees with disabilities
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to pass a background investigation and security clearance, includes a Child Care National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (CNACI).

Responsibilities

Supervise, assign, and inspect janitorial work to ensure quality standards are met
Train, coach, and support staff; address performance issues as needed
Ensure adequate staffing by monitoring attendance, tardiness, and timecards
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment;submitrepair and supply requests
Ensure safety bymonitoringproper equipment use and adherence to policies
Collaborate with Rehabilitation staff to ensure program plans and accommodations are followed
Assistwith interviewing and recommending candidates for hire
Complete required documentation andmaintainall required Didlake training
