As the Janitorial Supervisor, you are the bridge between our client’s needs and our team’s success. You will act as the primary Janitorial Team Lead on-site, ensuring high standards are met daily.

Requirements

1-3 years janitorial & leadership experience
Valid SC Driver’s License & acceptable MVR
Ability to pass background check/drug screen
A valid SC Driver’s License with an acceptable MVR is required; must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to lift at least 35 lbs. repetitively.
A professional mindset and a desire to make a real impact as a Janitorial Team Lead.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus!

Responsibilities

Leading the Team: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to The Budd Group standard.
Hands-on Support: Perform and oversee general cleaning duties, including trash removal, dusting, restroom maintenance, and vacuuming.
Quality Control: Ensure the building is maintained according to scope while serving as the Site Lead for quality inspections.
Operational Excellence: Support the Manager in training new staff, managing supplies, and coordinating special tasks as required.
