  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the janitorial staff
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • Inspect areas to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and quality standards
  • Provide training and guidance on cleaning techniques and safety procedures
  • Manage inventory and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with airport departments for special cleaning projects and requirements
  • Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 3 years of experience in janitorial or cleaning services, with prior supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and health and safety standards
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage and motivate a team
  • Ability to create and manage cleaning schedules and tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills for liaising with staff and other departments
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and supervise a team
  • Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
  • Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
