About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR position at Delta Sky Club MSP. The position requires overseeing the activities of associates during a specific shift, ensuring that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure. The role includes providing training, creating work schedules, evaluating performance, and preparing production or sales reports for management. The supervisor acts as a contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off and may mentor employees to encourage their advancement within the organization.

Requirements

• Previous supervisor experience is required.
• Previous floor technician experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
