About The Position
Road America is seeking a reliable, motivated individual with a passion for motorsports to join our Janitorial Services Team. This seasonal role plays an essential part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests during all public race weekends. Responsibilities include cleaning and stocking restrooms—both permanent and portable—as well as performing trash removal throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high‑traffic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and restock permanent and portable restrooms.
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness across assigned areas.
- Monitor supply levels and restock materials as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to support a positive guest experience.
- Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
