About The Position
As a Floorcare Supervisor at A Quality Facility Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Floor Care/Specialty Cleaning Department. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle of floor care and specialty cleaning jobs, ensuring that all tasks are executed to the highest standards. You will be in charge of both the top and bottom line of the department, which includes financial oversight and operational management. Your leadership will be essential in hiring, training, and managing both new and existing floor care technicians, fostering a team environment that promotes growth and efficiency. In this role, you will meet with the floor care crew at various job sites, working alongside them to address any issues that may arise during the cleaning process. Your hands-on approach will help ensure that all jobs are completed effectively and to client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering supplies and managing the maintenance of the garage and equipment used by the team. Finding potential new specialty service jobs and obtaining measurements for service jobs will also be part of your responsibilities, contributing to the growth and success of the department.
