Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in cleaning or leadership.

• Communication: You’re great at talking to the team and the boss to get the job done right.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Crew: Supervise and coordinate with the team to crush daily goals.
• Quality Control: Team up with the Manager to ensure our buildings are sparkling and up to code.
• Get Hands-On: Handle general cleaning, trash removal, dusting, and vacuuming with pride.
• Stay Strong: You'll be on the move and must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively.
