About The Position

Janitorial Site Supervisor Part-Time Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-6:30pm Lead With Purpose Join The Kennedy Collective, a mission-driven nonprofit serving people with disabilities across Connecticut for more than 75 years. As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, you’ll lead work crews, ensure contract compliance, and provide hands-on cleaning and job training to individuals in our Janitorial Enterprise. This is a working supervisor role. You’ll lead by example while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate cleaning equipment
