Requirements

1-3 years janitorial experience and in a leadership role
SC DL's and MVR required
All contingent job offers are based upon the successful completion and passing of a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including trash removal, dusting, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and other cleaning tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Assist the Manager in overseeing the cleaning process to ensure adherence to scope and company policies.
Coordinate with employees to complete special or additional tasks as required.
Ensure that all areas of the building are maintained according to cleaning guidelines and quality standards.
Support the Manager in training new cleaning staff as needed.
Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment for the team.
Address any issues or concerns raised by employees or clients related to cleaning services.
