Requirements
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Inspect work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Manage supplies and report any maintenance or safety issues
