About The Position

Full Time Janitorial Technician Position Available in the NW Suburbs of Chicago, IL - EVENING HOURS This position requires traveling between multiple sites in the NW Suburbs of Chicago - include Skokie, Des Plaines, Northbrook, Arlington Heights, Schaumburg, Crystal Lake, & surrounding areas. All supplies, technology, & traveling expenses are paid for & provided by the company. We are looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, has the drive to make sure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and can work and communicate well with others. Someone who will do their absolute best to maintain a clean and safe workplace for our location and our team. Carpet Cleaning / Floor Care Experience Preferred! Compensation & Hours: B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries which can be negotiated based on experience & skill set. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays. Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business. All supplies, equipment, and travel expenses are paid for/provided by the company. Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 6pm-1am, & some weekends as needed. Must be flexible and okay with being on call.

Requirements

Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented.
Must have Driver's License & Reliable transportation prior to being hired
Previous Floor / Window care experience
Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, and documents within google drive from both a computer and smart phone.

Responsibilities

Preform scheduled project work (carpets, floors, glass) and document the work using the reporting platform.
Work closely with the area manager, answer company phone and emails, complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office.
