Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to take direction, and basic math and English literacy.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50–70 lbs, work on concrete floors for 12+ hours, and perform physical tasks like bending, squatting, and reaching.
- Reliability: A high school diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to showing up on time and working overtime when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Facility: Sweeping, using the Zamboni on floors, dusting, and wiping down coolers and overhead doors.
- Special Projects: Power washing bays, cleaning bay drains, and handling heavy cleansing tasks.
- Waste Management: Loading garbage, plastic, and cardboard onto flatbeds to keep the warehouse debris-free.
- Safety & Reporting: Following all health and safety regulations and notifying management of any needed repairs.
- Office Care: Performing in-house office cleaning to maintain a professional workspace.
