About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions manages 20+ building maintenance solutions for commercial properties. Our Las Vegas office is seeking an experienced Night Manager based either in the South East (Henderson) or South West area of town. Lead janitorial operations across 6-10 commercial facilities nightly, ensuring quality service delivery and client satisfaction. This hands-on supervisory role requires field presence, crew coordination, and detailed quality inspections. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM.

Requirements

• High school diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry
• 3+ years janitorial supervision experience
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment (floor machines, buffers, extractors)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to visit 6-10 locations nightly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with floor care and carpet cleaning operations
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
• Previous multi-site management experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning crews across multiple commercial properties
• Conduct detailed quality inspections and building walkthroughs
• Resolve client complaints and service requests within 24 hours
• Manage special projects including floor care, carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning
• Meet daily with first-shift management to develop operational strategies
• Coach crew supervisors on scope requirements and building specifications
• Ensure compliance with dress code, equipment, and chemical standards
• Orient new crews during first three nights of account startups
• Serve as primary after-hours contact for clients and crews
• Document and photograph complaint resolutions
• Complete nightly inspection reports with crew performance ratings
• Submit detailed nightly recaps documenting work completion
• Close inspection tasks within 48 hours
• Track crew performance and training needs
• Update company software with account information
• Inspect accounts 1-3 times monthly
• Resolve complaints/requests within 24 hours
• Complete FSM inspection tasks within 48 hours
• Submit nightly recaps 100% of shifts
