Requirements

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to climb ladders to change ceiling tiles
Lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Sanitation & Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of hallways, offices, and common areas. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting high touch surfaces such as water fountains, push plates, and hand rails
Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly; restock paper towels, soap, and other supplies
Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins daily; ensure all waste is disposed and removed from the building
