About The Position
Custodian Daily Duties and Responsibilities Keep building and property in clean and orderly condition. Perform routine maintenance activities. Perform heavy cleaning duties. Sweep, mop, scrub floors. Gather and empty trash. Scrub, sanitize, and supply restroom facilities. Dust furniture, walls, and equipment. Clean windows, mirrors, and partitions with soap and other cleansers. Clean and polishes fixtures and furniture. Manages inventory of cleaning supplies. Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs or additions to building operating systems.
