About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nighttime Janitorial Lead to oversee evening cleaning operations across multiple client sites. This role is responsible for ensuring all nightly cleaning tasks are completed to company standards, supporting team members, and maintaining smooth operations through supply management, site checks, and communication.

Requirements

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks regularly
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and occasional extended hours

Responsibilities

Conduct nightly site visits to ensure cleaning quality and adherence to scope of work
Supervise and support janitorial staff across assigned accounts
Ensure all scheduled cleaning duties are completed efficiently and to standard
Perform quality control inspections and address any deficiencies in real time
Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and organizing cleaning materials (e.g., mop heads, rags)
Pick up and deliver supplies, equipment, and materials to various job sites
Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs proactively
Troubleshoot issues that arise during shifts and provide solutions on the spot
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper use of chemicals and equipment
Complete nightly reports and communicate updates to management
