The Opportunity This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location for our Medical Device Business. We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Janitorial Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple facilities and teams, ensuring compliance with strict industrial, manufacturing, and cleanroom standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong janitorial and maintenance background who is ready for career growth into a Janitorial Manager role.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required); additional technical or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong background in industrial/manufacturing/cleanroom janitorial operations.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple sites effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise janitorial operations across multiple sites, leading teams of 4-25 employees per location.
  • Manage contract janitorial services and ensure adherence to regulatory and GDP requirements.
  • Perform and oversee basic repairs, maintenance, and service of machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Conduct routine checks to maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Ensure cleaning quality documentation and process audits are completed accurately.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to address operational concerns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Travel between sites as needed, with primary responsibility at Plymouth and dotted-line oversight of other facilities.
