About The Position

We are looking to hire an efficient and experienced Janitorial Lead Cleaner. Experience in Rest Room Cleaning is preferred. The Lead's responsibilities, along with their own janitorial duties, include: monitoring employees work, training and/or retraining employees as needed, covering or managing staff in instances of staff shortages. Lead is also responsible to Promptly reply to client requests, ensuring resolve of issues.
Position Details: 5 days a week - Sunday - Thursday
Sundays - Thursday - 9:00pm Start until 5:30am
Rate of pay to be discussed but approx. $18-$19 per hour to start
Is a UNION position with UNION Benefits and Yearly increases in wages

Requirements

• Punctual and Reliable
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
• Skills necessary to interact, communicate and work with diverse base of employees
• MUST Pass Criminal Background Clearance
• 5+ years experience
