Job Summary We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff. The Janitorial / Grounds Keeper position performs interior/exterior cleaning and maintains buildings/facilities. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular area of building facilities. This position helps ensure customer satisfaction, ensures target goals/deadlines are met and ensures they are following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 year of relevant experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable, reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, as needed
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Produces quality work within pre-set time frames
