Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience is required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
• Strong attendance record and the ability to work the designated evening schedule.
• A sharp eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow a checklist efficiently.
• Must be able to successfully pass a drug & criminal background screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining common areas, offices, and hallways.
• Pulling trash and recycling and replacing liners.
• Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and restocking supplies.
• Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment; vacuuming carpeted areas.
• Performing other cleaning-related duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure client satisfaction.
