About The Position
We are NOW HIRING a Janitorial Floor Tech for a facility in the MT PLEASANT area of Charleston Will be responsible for maintaining floors of an educational facility.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Candidate must have prior experience in Floor Care
Responsibilities
- Mixing chemicals according to package directions
- Sweeping, wet and dry mopping floors
- Vacuuming carpeted areas
- Using buffer machine to get out any scuff marks in the floors
- Polishing floors
- Stripping and waxing during break periods
