About The Position

ESS Clean is growing, and we're looking for a reliable, motivated, and positive individual to join our team as a Full-Time 2nd Shift Floater/Janitorial Crew. This position plays a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for both staff and visitors across multiple facilities in the Indianapolis Area. You'll be part of a strong, expanding team, and we provide everything you need to succeed - including training, supplies, and a company vehicle for use during your shift.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check, drug/alcohol screening, MVR, and a pre-employment physical

Responsibilities

• Dusting, wiping down, and disinfecting surfaces
• Cleaning restrooms
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Fill in for absent staff or open jobs
