About The Position

Janitorial Supervisor at Marsden South Shift: Monday to Saturday. The days and times will be discussed during the interview. Hourly Rate: $24.00 Location: Dallas, TX. Requirements: You must be 18 years old Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance if needed A valid driver's license will be required for some positions A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory as well. You must have at least 5 years of Janitorial Supervisor experience You must have Floor Technician experience is a must Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required Ability to perform physical tasks as needed You must be available to work flexible hours Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies, including tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook. Requirements

• You must be 18 years old
• Be able to comply with a fingerprint clearance if needed
• A valid driver's license will be required for some positions

• You must have Floor Technician experience is a must

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a team of cleaners.
• Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards, client expectations, and any applicable local, state, or federal regulations.
• Supervise and train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Create weekly schedules for cleaning staff, including daily assignments, lunch breaks, and time off.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed for each account.
• Perform cleaning duties (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, restocking restrooms, and trash disposal)
• Required to support floor care operations, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and routine floor maintenance.
• Be available to cover shifts when required.
