About The Position
The Janitorial/EVS Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for the cleanliness of the facility and assisting with facility maintenance and repairs. This position demands a high level of cultural competency of the unique needs of the LGBTQIA++ community, communities of color, and other marginalized populations.
Requirements
- At least one to three years of medical janitorial and maintenance (hospital, nursing home, etc.) experience preferred.
- High School diploma required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the interior upkeep and cleanliness of the facility
- Maintain daily work cleaning schedule
- Use variety of tools for basic exterior maintenance and upkeep
- Keep up inventory of janitorial supplies
- Perform general environmental services and maintenance
- Assist with facility repairs
- Performs other duties as assigned.
