Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, restroom consumables, and other necessary items to ensure availability and maintain a clean and organized environment.
Clean and maintain surfaces, including desks, tables, windows, glass doors, and other fixtures, ensuring they are free from dirt, fingerprints, and streaks.
Utilize appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning, and occasional buffing or waxing.
Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring fixtures, mirrors, sinks, countertops, and floors are sanitary and presentable.
Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, furniture polishing, and other maintenance projects as assigned.
Report any safety hazards, damaged equipment, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel and take necessary precautions to maintain a safe working environment.
Interact professionally with office staff, visitors, and vendors, providing assistance and addressing any cleaning-related inquiries or requests courteously and promptly.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to cleaning protocols, safety regulations, and confidentiality.

Minimum of 4 years of janitorial experience.
Fluent in English, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products is preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
