About The Position

As our Janitorial & Equipment Maintenance specialist, you are the backbone of the plant! You will act as a key Cleaner and technician to ensure the facility stays safe and productive. Your daily Facility Maintenance routine will include:
Keep it Clean: General cleaning, sweeping, and mopping floors around machines, cleaning windows, and refreshing bathrooms.
Keep it Clear: Removing metal chips, emptying trash, removing cardboard, and keeping storage areas tidy.
Outdoor Care: Using a pressure washer to clean concrete areas outside the plant.
Tech & Lube Tasks: Performing oil changes on equipment, diagnosing minor mechanical issues, and using a sky jack to access equipment at heights.
Documentation: Using a computer to log your work and maintain accurate data.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of facility maintenance or janitorial experience
• Comfort using tools and performing basic repairs
• Ability to work on elevated equipment using a sky jack
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively
• Basic typing and data entry skills for reporting
