About The Position

Objective: Responsible for the cleaning of buildings, removal of debris and keeping areas neat and tidy. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, removing trash from trash cans, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Requirements

Janitorial Experience 1 year preferred
Knowledge of cleaning products and supplies
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
Able to travel between 1 to 5 different job sites within a shift
Must have reliable transportation
Must have valid Driver's License
Must be available on Weekends
Must be available to work afternoons 4:45 pm start time

Responsibilities

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Gather and empty trash.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
Damp clean window ledges
Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants. Restock supplies as needed.
Clean, sanitize toilet seats, bowls and urinals.
Remove spots, stains and splashes from wall and counter tips.
Remove fingerprints from door frame, light switches, kick plates, push plates, handles, railings
