Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions while lifting up to 35 lbs.
Consistent attendance and dependable transportation to the S College St site in Charlotte.
A commitment to keeping both courtyard and indoor spaces looking their absolute best.
Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of exterior areas, including the parking garage and courtyard.
Manage outdoor amenities by placing and storing courtyard pillow cushions daily.
Handle trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning to ensure all areas remain presentable.
Restock restroom supplies and organize janitorial materials so the team stays efficient.
