About The Position

Bluestone Health Association Inc is a federally qualified health center dedicated to providing high quality healthcare services to underserved communities. We are currently seeking a reliable Janitor/Custodian that will be able to provide excellent cleaning services. Job Summary: You will be responsible for keeping assigned areas clean and in orderly condition, you will be required to execute the scope of work for all assigned locations and locations assigned to you by manager for coverage. Location: Princeton, WV 24740 Job Responsibilities:

Requirements

Good communication skills
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products
Good attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
Clean and sanitize bathrooms
Clean counter tops, kitchen and conference room areas
Restock supplies in bathrooms
Empty all trash cans and replace liners
Clean and sanitize waiting areas and exam rooms.
Dust baseboards, lights, furniture and appliances as needed.
Clean mirrors, windows and doors
Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition
Follow safety rules and OSHA compliance
Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our facility
Restock supplies in areas assigned
Maintains in attractive and clean condition areas assigned and notifies supervisor or Maintenance of necessary repairs of facilities and/or equipment.
Ensure that the doors are locked at night and alarms set
Must use time and Attendance system to report hours and payroll purposes
