About The Position

The hourly wage for the Janitorial Clerk position is $13.00. The role involves following detailed instructions and cleaning routines and completing them in a timely manner. Responsibilities include maintaining orderliness, cleanliness, and safety of the store, sidewalks, parking lot, and merchandise at all times. The Janitorial Clerk will also clean, straighten, and restock the sales area efficiently, following merchandising standards, sizing, and categorizing guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• The employee is often required to stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, taste or smell and operate computer.
• Must often lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Well-developed sense of responsibility and coping ability.
