About The Position

The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for preforming ongoing basic upkeep of the facility(ies) assigned to them. The on-going duties are assigned by the Lead Custodian to whom they report and or the Facilities Manager. This is a non-exempt, part time position and does not qualify for overtime.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to stay on task assigned.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all team members.
• Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and team members.
• High school diploma/Ged or preferred.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Florida ID required.

Responsibilities

• Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in accordance with company standards.
• Clean all bathrooms: toilets, floors, paper and messes daily, and as required.
• Replace paper products as required
• Sweep, and mop floor daily.
• Empty trash at the end of each day.
• Assist with spills or accidents that may occur for the safety of the team members.
• Report any issues, concerns to Lead Custodian/Facilities Manager.
• Other duties that may be assigned by manager.
