About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and flexible On-Call Cleaner to join our team. This position is responsible for providing cleaning and janitorial services at various client locations on an as-needed basis, primarily to cover shifts for absent employees. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in different environments with minimal supervision. Pay: $18.66 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites within [City/Region]; reliable transportation required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned locations to perform cleaning duties as scheduled or on short notice.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and site-specific needs.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
