About The Position

Full Time Cleaning Position Available in North Chicago, IL Evening Hours, Flexible Schedule, Bi-Weekly Pay, 40 Hours per Week The Cleaner is responsible for keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition. Typical duties include: Dispose of trash and recyclables, high and low dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitation/disinfecting of surfaces and restrooms. Compensation & Hours: B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $18/hour. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays. Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4pm-12:30am

Requirements

Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented.
Fluent in English
Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify
Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, and documents within google drive from both a computer and smart phone.

Responsibilities

Keeping assigned buildings clean, disinfected, and in an orderly condition while attending to customers' cleaning needs as requested
Respond to emergency tickets in a timely manner
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment, and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Follow all health and safety regulations, and complete all necessary trainings put out by the corporate office
