About The Position

As an Assistant Account Manager, you will be the key to ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong employee relations. You will report to the Account or Operations Manager and will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of service. Your main responsibilities will include managing customer and team relations, overseeing operational excellence, problem-solving, and ensuring safety and compliance in all operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Proven track record of coaching, motivating, and leading a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Ability to create productivity, staffing, and budget plans, making adjustments as needed.
• High level of commitment to client satisfaction and quality standards.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships.
• Lead and train your team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including creating work schedules and conducting site audits.
• Manage inventory and budgets effectively.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure services are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Ensure all operations meet environmental, local, state, federal, and company safety requirements.
