Requirements

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• 1+ years managing multiple accounts
• Experience working with a diverse population

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily maintenance of multiple client sites
• Direct supervision and training of cleaning staff
• Supervising and coordinating activities of staff engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of the client sites
• Demonstrate leadership and retain the right people to support the growth of our account
• Engage and have direct contact with our workforce every day to create a great employee experience
• Create positive customer relationships to develop 'Raving Fans' of our client
• Identify opportunities that improve our client's services and deliver growth
• Proactively lead safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
