About The Position
The position involves working closely with the Project Manager to develop work plans that ensure services are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner while meeting contract provisions. The role requires regular communication with customers to provide information about additional services, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints. The individual will also be responsible for keeping the Project Manager informed about the status of work and any potential issues, as well as increasing billable services and enhancing customer retention through excellent service delivery. Additionally, the role includes employee relations and supervision, where the individual will work with frontline personnel to meet customer requirements, recommend staffing levels, and enforce company policies through mentoring and coaching.
