You will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and fostering strong employee relations through hands-on leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years of management experience where you’ve demonstrated the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) is required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to create productivity, staffing, and budget plans.
  • Mindset: A "people-first" attitude with a passion for customer service and a drive to initiate corrective actions professionally.
  • Adaptability: The ability to manage janitorial operations across all shifts and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Team Empowerment: Scheduling, training, and motivating supervisory and support personnel. You’ll be responsible for coaching and succession planning.
  • Operational Excellence: Establishing work standards, conducting site audits, and ensuring service delivery meets our highest quality benchmarks.
  • Financial Oversight: Managing the "bottom line" by controlling expenses, reviewing job costs, and maintaining budget compliance.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensuring all environmental and safety procedures meet Local, State, Federal, and Company requirements.
  • Client Partnership: Acting as the primary liaison for the client, providing feedback on unique requirements, and identifying opportunities to expand the relationship.
