About The Position

Are you the kind of leader who brings energy, sets the tone, and turns challenges into opportunities? If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love developing people, this role is built for you. We’re seeking a relationship-focused, hands-on Account Manager to lead daily operations at a Class A headquarters campus in Franklin, TN. You’ll engage with the client and keep the account running seamlessly. Success here looks like proactive communication, steady follow-through, strong admin discipline, and a visible, supportive presence on the floor—all delivered with a positive, professional mindset.

Requirements

  • Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning leadership experience.
  • Experience managing teams in a commercial office or Class A building.
  • Strong communication skills (email, in person, and with clients).
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with an in-person schedule (no remote work).
  • Computer literate; able to manage payroll, inspections, reporting, and ordering.
  • Hands-on leader who likes being on the floor, not sitting behind a desk all day.
  • Customer service mindset: able to work with a high-involvement client.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and desire to grow into a larger operations role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily janitorial operations for a large Class A commercial building in Franklin.
  • Oversee cleaning services across multiple buildings.
  • Manage a team of about 15 employees.
  • Build strong daily relationships with the client; provide clear, proactive communication.
  • Walk the site throughout the day to ensure cleaning quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Train team members, support supervisors, and keep the team aligned with current standards (not “how we used to do it”).
  • Handle admin tasks such as reviewing, inspections, supply ordering, POs, labor tracking, and scheduling.
  • Respond quickly to requests, follow up, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and bring fresh ideas to the account.
  • Support occasional evening or night visits for training or project work.
