Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Janitorial, facilities, or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily inspections of assigned properties
  • Ensure all cleaning services meet company standards and client expectations
  • Oversee job start-ups, establish work schedules, and coordinate staffing
  • Implement action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality
  • Ensure services are delivered within budgeted labor and expense guidelines
  • Recruit, hire, and train janitorial personnel
  • Supervise teams and provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback
  • Maintain proper staffing levels to support operational needs
  • Lead monthly safety meetings and ongoing job-site training
  • Enforce company policies and promote accountability and professionalism
  • Develop and manage account budgets
  • Monitor labor costs and operational expenses
  • Approve payroll and invoices
  • Review financial reports and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Conduct routine safety inspections
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Investigate and report work-related incidents within 24 hours
  • Maintain documentation and compliance standards
  • Participate in bid walk-throughs and assist with proposal preparation
  • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding account performance
  • Provide coverage during employee absences when necessary
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
