About The Position

This position is for a Janitor, initially on a temporary-to-hire basis, with full-time hours. The role focuses on ensuring a premium guest experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout assigned areas. This includes hands-on room cleaning, maintaining inviting common spaces, and tackling special projects as needed. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong verbal and interpersonal skills, collaborative yet self-reliant, technically proficient in operating laundry equipment and various maintenance tools. They should be a dynamic multi-tasker, capable of managing multiple requests and high-volume tasks simultaneously, and possess strategic prioritization skills. Flexible availability to work on-demand and adapt to changing schedules is also required.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role.

Responsibilities

• Strip, sort, and treat linens to meet high cleanliness standards; expertly prepare guest beds with fresh linens.
• Assist the housekeeping team by organizing supplies and delivering essentials to guest rooms upon request.
• Maintain pristine communal spaces through dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care.
• Provide high-quality service by answering queries, fulfilling requests, and assisting with luggage transport.
• Work seamlessly with Guest Services, Groundskeeping, and Housekeeping to exceed guest expectations and meet company goals.
• Strictly follow health and safety protocols and stay updated on all company-related best practices.
• Maintain a "guest-ready" environment at all times and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain consistent, regular attendance to support daily operations.
