Responsibilities

Maintain all public and common areas throughout the day, including the lobby, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
Clean and maintain resident rooms and bathrooms.
Ensure handrails are clean and free of debris.
Remove dust, dirt, or food from walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and towel dispensers.
Empty trash cans and replace liners.
Sweep and mop floors.
Utilize proper safety measures when cleaning, including using caution signage and keeping cleaning supplies and chemicals out of reach of residents.
Use supplies and equipment safely by following user manual instructions.
Keep housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas safe, sanitary, clean, and orderly.
Exhibit strong customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude.
Work independently or as part of a team.
