Welcome to Steele Hill Resorts, tucked away in the picturesque hills of Sanbornton, New Hampshire—just 15 minutes from Tilton and Belmont. Overlooking the shimmering waters of Lake Winnisquam, our upscale resort features 150+ guest rooms, a full-service restaurant, and a treasure trove of indoor and outdoor amenities (yes, employees get to enjoy them too!). We’re looking for dependable, detail-loving individuals to join our Janitorial Team, where new hires and seasoned staff work side by side to keep our resort sparkling. If you take pride in a job well done and love the idea of working in a setting that feels more like a retreat than a workplace, this is your moment. Generous Sign-On Bonus of $500.00 for full time employment. Start strong with a little extra in your pocket! You will receive a competitive pay rate of $19.00 hourly. Your regular work schedule will be from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm, Wednesday through Sunday, with Mondays and Tuesdays as your days off to recharge and enjoy personal time.

Responsibilities
- Keep janitor closets stocked, tidy, and ready for action
- Follow your shift’s cleaning schedule and service assigned areas
- Tackle cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain pristine floors, carpets, glass, and wood surfaces
- Refill dispensers in common areas
- Take on additional duties as needed—flexibility is key!
