About The Position

We are seeking a dependable 3rd-Shift Janitor to perform general sanitation and cleaning duties in accordance with established safety and quality standards. This role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient environment throughout our facility. The position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive, solution-oriented approach to challenges
• Actively participates in improving processes and maintaining a safe workplace
• Ability to work effectively with individuals across different departments
• Maintains composure and urgency when working under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Perform general sanitation tasks following all safety and quality procedures
• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning equipment
• Communicate work status and updates to the Support Leader
• Complete all required sanitation and safety documentation
• Clean production work areas, warehouse, and outside premises as assigned
• Carry out duties such as mopping, sanitizing machinery, cleaning walls, floors, production rooms, and storage areas
• Safely work with strong cleaning chemicals and solvents when needed
• Complete all other duties assigned by the immediate superv
