About The Position

Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as a Commercial Custodian, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean and welcoming environments for our valued clients. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence in commercial cleaning. Fort Wayne area Monday - Friday with Friday having flexibility to be weekend optional cleans 5 :30 pm - 9:00 range for initial start time 2-3 accounts close to each other. per evening ( same accounts each night )

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Must pass background checks and adhere to company policies.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
Empty trash and recycling bins, ensuring proper disposal methods.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies and break rooms.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols for various facilities.
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as carpet cleaning and window washing.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
