We are seeking a dedicated and reliable part-time janitor to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our golf course restrooms, meeting spaces, and banquet clubhouse. The ideal candidate will ensure that the facilities are always presentable and hygienic, contributing to a pleasant and professional environment for guests and staff alike. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in high-traffic areas, including hallways, banquet rooms, restrooms, and entranceways. Dust and clean furniture, windows, windowsills, light fixtures, and other surfaces. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring the availability of supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Banquet and Event Support: Assist with the cleaning and setup of banquet rooms before and after events. Ensure floors and event spaces are spotless after gatherings and functions. Restroom Maintenance: Regularly check and restock restrooms with necessary supplies. Disinfect and clean sinks, mirrors, toilets, and other bathroom facilities. Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when inventory needs replenishing. Safety and Efficiency: Maintain a safe and organized working environment by promptly reporting any hazards or maintenance issues. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the equipment used is in good working condition. General Maintenance: Assist with any light maintenance duties as needed, such as replacing light bulbs or minor repairs. Qualifications: Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
