About The Position

Purpose:

The Plant Janitor is responsible for maintaining the sanitary condition of the entire facility’s common areas. This includes the hallways, locker rooms, bathrooms, lunchrooms, conference rooms, and offices.

Schedule:

2nd Shift

2:00pm - 6:30pm - scheduled days to be determined

Requirements

• Pass in-house certification.
• Strong, honest work ethic with ability to handle  multiple tasks daily.
• Work without continual direction.

Responsibilities

• All plant personnel have the responsibility to monitor and report any deviations from our Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs to your immediate supervisor.
• Clean all of the floors using a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop with hot cleaning solution.
• Clean all windows and mirrors in the plant common areas and the ASRS.
• Clean all toilets and sinks in the plant common areas and the ASRS.
• Empty all trash cans in the plant common areas and the ASRS.
• Stock janitorial supplies.
• Snow removal for employee walkways.
